Delivery & Returns

At House of Moeed, each piece is approached as an object of intention, craftsmanship, and care. We ask that you read the following carefully before placing an order.

Delivery

All orders are carefully prepared and shipped from the United States.

Ready-to-Wear pieces are shipped within the timeframe listed on the product page.

Made-to-Order and Couture pieces require extended production time and will ship once creation is complete.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. House of Moeed is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier once the package has left our studio.

We recommend ensuring your shipping address is correct and secure at checkout.

Upon Receiving Your Package

Each garment is inspected and packaged with care before shipment.

Upon delivery, we kindly ask that you:

Inspect your garment immediately upon receipt

Retain all original packaging, tags, and documentation

Contact us within 48 hours if there are any concerns

Failure to notify us within this window may limit our ability to assist.

Repairs, Adjustments & Craft Care

House of Moeed understands that garments — especially handcrafted pieces — may require care over time.

If a garment arrives with a reasonable issue related to construction or craftsmanship, we are open to reviewing the situation on a case-by-case basis.

Where appropriate, House of Moeed may offer:

A repair or reinforcement

A minor adjustment

Guidance for local tailoring

All items must be shipped back to us for assessment before any repair or resolution is approved. We do not guarantee repairs for damage caused by wear, misuse, alterations, or failure to follow care instructions.

Returns & Exchanges

Ready-to-Wear

Ready-to-Wear items may be eligible for return or exchange only if:

The item is unworn, unwashed, and unaltered

Original tags and packaging remain intact

The return request is submitted within 7 days of delivery

Approved returns may be issued as store credit only, at the discretion of House of Moeed.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

Made-to-Order & Couture

Due to the personal, handcrafted, and often custom nature of these pieces:

All Made-to-Order and Couture sales are final.

This includes, but is not limited to:

Custom sizing

Limited-run pieces

Hand-finished garments

One-of-one or small-batch creations

We do not accept returns or refunds on these items.

If a genuine craftsmanship concern arises, House of Moeed may review the piece once it is returned for assessment. Any resolution offered will be at our sole discretion.

Items Not Eligible for Return

The following are not eligible for return or exchange:

Couture and Made-to-Order pieces

Items showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage

Items returned without prior approval

Items returned outside the stated timeframes
