Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. House of Moeed is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control.

Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our work:

Custom, made-to-order, and couture pieces are final sale

Ready-to-wear items may be eligible for exchange or store credit if approved
